A plein air oil of Hell Bay, Bryher. I use brush, palette knife and whatever comes to hand to get the information for my painting. I challenge myself constantly to try to capture the power and might of this place. I’m always a little bit frightened but certainly exhilarated to be standing above this chaotic but beautiful scene.
